Disclaimer

As you should all know, people now these days like to sue here and sue there, no matter how dumb or small the case is (watch Ally McBeal and you'll know what I am talking about). Since this is a website that can be viewed by the public and contains materials that has been 'stolen' from various sources, certain people might take advantage of me and sue me off my pants. In order to play safe (and to remain un-bankrupt), I as a webmaster decided to put up a disclaimer to avoid all the unnecessary unpleasantries...

" Most of the materials that are published on this site, including graphics, text, articles and etc have been obtained from various resources and I, the webmaster, do not claim any credit from any of these materials. The purpose of this site is merely for the purpose of leisure and entertainment, not to earn or gain any profits. But if you are the trademark holder (or whatever you call yourself) of these materials and would like to be acknowledged for these materials on this site, then you are free to contact me."

But if you would still like to sue me, I'll advice you not to, because:

  1. It would only waste my time, and your time, not to mention your lawyer's time, and also my lawyer's time, as well as the court's time, la di da da ♫...

  2. I have no money... so you'll have to pay for your lawyer's fees yourself, as well as the court's fees, not to mention the fees to cover all the paperwork and so on, la di do da ♪...

Are you sure that it's worth it to sue ME??
